Refund and Cancellation Policy

We value your business and time. To ensure efficient service for all clients, we have the following policy regarding cancellations and refunds for online bookings. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.

Completed Services are Non-Refundable: Once a notarization is performed and completed, the service fee is non-refundable. A notarization is considered complete when the notary act is executed, regardless of whether the document is later accepted by a third party (it is the client's responsibility to verify document requirements beforehand).

Appointment Cancellations:

Full Refund: You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your appointment at least 4 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

No Refund/Fee Charged: Cancellations made with less than 4 hours' notice, or if you are a "no-show" to the appointment, will not be refunded, and the full appointment fee will be charged to the card on file.

Notary or Service Errors: If a full notarization cannot be completed due to an error on our part (e.g., notary fails to bring the correct seal, a technical issue on our end prevents online notarization), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional charge.

Client Errors: No refund will be issued if the notarization cannot be completed due to client error, including:

Failure to provide required, valid, government-issued identification.

Documents being incorrect, incomplete, or missing/having signatures prior to the appointment.

The signer being unwilling to proceed or sign the documents.

Travel and Processing Fees:

Travel fees (if applicable for mobile notary services) are non-refundable once the notary is in transit or has arrived at the location.

Any third-party payment processing fees or service fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from any approved refund.

How to Request a Refund or Cancel: To cancel an appointment or request a refund, please contact us as soon as possible via email 3brightpathsproperties@gmail.com and phone call at 631 3064761.

Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 3-5 business days, depending on your financial institution's policies.

Policy Changes: We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. The current version will always be posted on our website.
